How to Make a Google Reviews QR Code

1

Get your review link

In your Google Business Profile, choose “Ask for reviews” (or “Get more reviews”) and copy the link. You can also use your Place ID.

2

Paste it here

Paste the link or Place ID into the box above. We build the correct review URL for you.

3

Add your logo

Upload your logo or pick the star icon so customers know what the code is for.

4

Print & place it

Download a large PNG and put it on counters, receipts, table tents, invoices or thank-you cards.

How to find your Google review link

The easiest way is from your Google Business Profile. Search for your business name on Google while signed in to the account that manages it, open the business panel, and choose Ask for reviews or Get more reviews. Google shows a short link (usually starting with g.page/r/) — copy it and paste it above.

If you only have your Place ID (a code like ChIJ…, which you can look up with Google's Place ID Finder), paste that instead. QwikQR turns it into Google's official write-a-review address automatically.

Where to put your review QR code

  • On the billing counter, next to the payment terminal.
  • Printed at the bottom of receipts and invoices.
  • On restaurant table tents and hotel room cards.
  • On thank-you cards inside delivery packages.
  • In clinics and salons, at reception where people wait.

Asking for reviews the right way

Add a short, friendly line next to the code, such as “Enjoyed your visit? Scan to leave us a review.” Ask every customer, not only happy ones — Google's policies don't allow offering discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, or selectively asking only satisfied customers.

Common Questions

What link should I use for a Google review QR code?

expand_more

Use the review link from your Google Business Profile (it usually starts with g.page/r/) or your Place ID. Both open the review form for your business directly.

Do customers need a Google account to leave a review?

expand_more

Yes. Google requires reviewers to be signed in to a Google account. Most Android users and many iPhone users already are.

Can I offer a discount for reviews?

expand_more

No. Google's review policies don't allow incentives in exchange for reviews. Simply asking customers to share honest feedback is fine.

Will the QR code stop working?

expand_more

No. It is a static QR code that points straight to Google, so it keeps working as long as your Business Profile exists.

Is the Google review QR code free?

expand_more

Yes. It is free to create and download, with no watermark and no sign-up.
