When to use an email QR code
- Customer support on product packaging and warranty cards.
- Enquiries and quotes on flyers, banners and trade-show stands.
- Feedback at hotels, clinics and service counters.
- Job applications on hiring posters (“Email us your CV”).
Use the subject line to track where emails come from
Give each printed placement its own subject — for example “Enquiry – Mall banner” and “Enquiry – Newspaper ad”. You'll instantly see which one brings the most messages, without any tracking software.
Good to know
The email opens in whatever mail app the person uses, such as Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Nothing is sent until they tap Send, and they can edit the message first.
